Today I am thankful for all of the service men and women of this country. You all do such an awesome job protecting our country and putting your lives on the line for our freedom. I can't possibly thank you enough. I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day.
We had a much better day today. Thanks to everyone who left comments on the last post. Our neighbors just got this ENORMOUS water slide thing for their house and we played on it all afternoon. I bet Lucy went down the slide 150 times. I even went down it several times!
Okay, so I am in the process of fixing the pictures. However, I just got on the blog and a lot of the pictures are missing again. Is this happening to you guys? Please tell me it isn't. I have no idea what is going on here. Nothing has changed on those pictures since I went back and made them private again and then reposted them. They were all working yesterday and earlier today. But now when I get back, a whole lot of the pictures are showing up unavailable again. I am going to completely flip out. Again, nothing has changed since I fixed these posts. WHY!?!?!?!

Kell, Sorry about the pics but I am so pumped about the water slide!!! Dad
Yea for a better day! What a fun day for a water slide! Do NOT freak out about the pics. I know you have a million man hours invested in them, and I know that it can be fixed. Painstakingly, but fixable. One day at a time. The girls look adorable. Seashy and I saw SOOO many dresses today that we wanted to get. Baby Gap. Awesome! Talk to you in a bit! Love and kisses, Lee Lee

Sorry about the pics. thanks for getting our pictures done when you have your picture craziness going on. You did a great job on them and I hope your blog pictures are restored and working soon. Take care and give me a shout when you get a chance to talk about the pictures.
thanks again and love ya
PS LOVE the mohawk! Lee
Stephen and I are both having some serious slide envy. OH MY that is AWESOME!
I feel so bad for you about the pictures. There is nothing more frustrating than technical difficulties because they feel so completely out of your control. I've come very close to shutting down my website, and e-mail, throwing my computer out the window and my cell phone in the trash this year because they have been SUCH sources of frustration...and let's face it, as moms of little ones, the last thing we need in our lives is extra frustration. The kids just seem to know when you're teetering on the edge too and do their best to whine and cry and push you over the brink on those days.
But a couple shots down that big ole slide has got to but a smile on your face. There is no way to go down it and not smile. I challenge you. Impossible.
I am so sorry about your picture problem. I check in on your blog about twice a week and look forward to your pics. I feel sick for you. I have lost important things before on my computer and it is an awful feeling. You are a great mom to go back and fix all of them. I admire your determination.

So sorry about the pics, but...just because you pick up from here doesn't make anything less the worthwhile, those pics and posts lived in the moment, delighted many, including me, and whether you rebuild or just free yourself to go on...all is well. I know you want your photojournal back but even if it becomes too much to rebuild, it's more important that you have the memories and the pictures irregardless of their linkage on this blog. I recently lost 40 years worth of what many would call "stuff", my property, the sentimental things that linked me to memories of my past. And while I had no choice and would prefer to have them back, like you, I have really lost nothing at all. Everyday I look in my daughter's face and delight in the moment. Remember, but don't lose today.
That slide looks like way to much fun! The Saturday pics arent working for me.. what a bummer I would loose my mind!
oh WOW!! That waterslide is amazing! I've never seen anything like that here in Australia. Totally awesome!
I've never commented before, but I enjoy reading your blog and of course seeing your fabulous pictures! I'm sorry about the difficulities - I can only imagine how frustrating it is. The slide looks like a sure way to tucker little ones out - I could have used that yesterday!
Take care,
Beth
(sorry, I don't have a blog)
OMG..that slide is AMAZING!!! SO MUCH FUN! SO sorry about your pictures, how annoying. Hope you can get it up and working again
I'm so sorry you're having trouble with the pics. You have such a great blog and you can tell you put so much time into it. I hope you're able to figure everything out.
That water slide was amazing though!
Sorry Kel, that's so frustrating, but think of it this way...you didn't loose those pictures forever, they're just playing tricks on you. Has Bruiser shown up yet? Hope so! That water slide is AWESOME!
Holy Water slide! I would have went down myself as well. Looks like awesome fun!
I can see 145 and 144 but not 143, only some on 142 and that's as far as I went. So so sorry this has become such a huge ordeal. I'm heartbroken for you.
That waterslide looks totally awesome.
If I was to start messing around w/ html codes, I fear I would do something that would bring the whole internet down.. i'm such a novice:) Where did they get that water slide? I WANT one.. in a bad way!!! I'm hoping that your days are becoming less challenging and you got a reprieve from the baby girls, even if it was hiding in the closet for 5 minutes.. umm not like I would ever do that myself;)
Wow, that mini water park is amazing! Lucy looks like she is having a blast.
I'm sorry about your pictures. How frustrating! I hope it starts working soon.
Wow, that water slide is in someone's back yard? I would have loved that thing as a kid. Glad you were able to get out and have some fun.
You have been given the Lemonade Gratitude Award.... go check it out on my blog and follow the instructions!
I can see most of the pictures. A couple of the pics from the beach are missing.
Love that waterslide. I want one for myself. I am super jealous.

What great vibrant colors in your pics! How is it that you manage to make all of your pics so casual when the kids get their pics taken so often? My "babies," more so my daughter, wants to pose for every picture, making it so hard to see her past her staging. I have finally made the move to manual, even though it was made cautiously. My goal now it to find a way to get the colors on my photos pop with such joy!
Sorry to hear that the pic URLs are still giving you issue. It will get better.
that slide thing looks like so much fun! where in the world do you get that behemoth?
