302/365

Annie 302/365

Lucy 302/365

Today I am thankful for Nana and Grandy coming in town tomorrow to spend the weekend with us. It is all Lucy can talk about. She tells everyone that Nana and Grandy are coming to take her trick or treating. So sweet!! I am going to finish up everything that I can while I have them here to help. I have totally worked my butt off and I am almost completely caught up. All ordering is done and I only have half of one session left to edit to be officially behind on nothing!! I have one more session here before we head to AR.

The girls were being so sweet tonight. Annie reached up to hug Lucy and when they realized how cute it was that they were hugging, they hugged about a million times. I cherish moments like this because those two are little toots to each other most of the time. And it is not just Lucy anymore. Annie is just as bad. I have big dreams of them having a loving relationship!! :)

I love nights when both girls are in bed asleep at 7:15 - especially on my favorite tv nights. I am off to enjoy a little r&r.

Kelly--aren't those two precious girls???? They both look adorable and Annie is loving her some boots these days!!!!

It is so wet here, and still storming, that I can hardly get any dogs to go outside. ugh We've even been in a tornado warning already. Good grief.

Had a busy, but productive day! Off to watch my shows!

Love and kisses, LeeLee

My girls are the same way- complete jerks to each other most of the time (and they are only 1 and 2 1/2 years old). But, last week, I looked in the rear view mirror to see them holding hands and it melted my heart. Sisters are just so complex, aren't they?

Don't worry - when I was little, I was terrible to both of my sisters - pinching, shoving, pulling pranks, slapping, screaming, and a whole lot more! But now, we are each others' best friends. I think it's our method of getting the uglies out of the way before adulthood so we have the rest of our lives to be besties :-)

Little toots. You're cute.

First, they are so close in age, they are going to grow up to be best friends. Of course they'll have their moments, but they'll always have each other in life.
Second, I'm glad that I'm not the only one who puts my kid to bed early. My daughter is 4 yrs old, and since she has stopped taking naps (about a month ago), I moved her bedtime from 8:00 to 7:30. She's out in minutes. Love it!!

They are both so cute together! I purposely torture myself and skip L's nap each day so that she will be in bed at 7pm. It's the only thing that gets her to sleep in a decent amount of time, and I LOVE having that TV time (FINALLY!) for a little bit at night.

Yay for you!! Isn't being caught up the best feeling? Seeing those cute boots has inspired me to head out and get some for Katie. Can't wait to see the Halloween pics

I went for a bit of VN adoption blog hopping (mainly looking for inspiration for vietnamese presents for my children).

As I also have a daughter, also adopted in Vietnam, also named Lucy, your blog caught my eye straight away.

I was blown away by your photos, they're so so beautiful, as are your girls.

You inspired to give my camera a shake and try to take more photos!
