251/365

Annie 251/365

Lucy 251/365

Today I am thankful for the fact that Annie always wakes up from naps or in the morning with a HUGE smile on her face. She is so funny. She literally squeals with delight every time we go in to get her when she wakes up. It is so precious. Today she woke up from her nap and had to go straight downstairs to work with the ECI therapist. That would never fly with Lucy. She takes forever to wake up and get in a decent mood again. Not Annie. I went up and got her up from her nap and she came down to greet her therapist with the biggest smile you have ever seen. So sweet and refreshing. This is one of the many things that I truly love about my baby girl.

I had my monthly mom's night out dinner tonight, which as always, was a wonderful break from the normal evenings at home. I can't even begin to express how much I love a night out with people who go through the same stuff as me on a day to day basis. It is just always so nice to know that you are not alone in the struggles with little ones.

I have a bad feeling that something is really wrong with our downstairs ac. The ac man is coming to look at it tomorrow because it just can't keep up. Please don't let something major be wrong!!!! I have been so hot all day. It is still running, just not keeping up with what the thermostat is set on.

Here is how this series played out.
"Lucy, what do you have"

"It sure does look yummy. I wish I had some."

"Wow. Lucy is the best big sister ever. She just shared an M&M with me! These are delicious!"

Lucy wanted Sasha in all of her pictures today.

She sure does love her elephant.

When she came in our room this morning she giggled as she told me that Sasha wanted to watch a show with us this morning.

I did stay up as long as my eyes would stay open, Dada! You two sure have pretty little pumpkins!! I still would love to take part in therapy. Hope I get that done one day!

Still rainy here, some parts of the state have had almost 6 inches. Keep your fingers crossed that Carol's basement doesn't reflood. ugh The painter just called and will meet me at the house this afternoon. That is good.

Keeping my fingers crossed about the ac.

Justin, travel safely. Hugs and kisses to all of you.
