Today I am thankful for the friends that I have made through our church. All of Lucy's playgroup friends are from a group we met during a first time moms class at our church. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't met those moms when I first got home with Lucy. I didn't know anyone here with kids and I needed that connection. Now they are some of my best friends. I helped decorate the Sunday School classes today and got to just sit and chat with them while we did our thing. It was so relaxing and refreshing to me to have that time. Justin was home with the girls, so I didn't have to worry about them. Thanks for everything girls! You guys are all wonderful, including those of you not there today. I wish you could have all been there since it was so nice without the babies interrupting every conversation!

We had a low key day around here. I got a lot of work done and the girls were really good. As a special treat for the big strides Lucy has made in being nicer to Annie, we took her to this awesome yogurt place where you get to do it yourself. There were lots of flavors to choose from and then every topping you could ever think of. Lucy loved getting to make all of her own choices. Then they weigh your creation and you pay based on weight. Pretty cool, huh?!?! It was fun and very yummy. Lucy picked Fruity Pebbles, blueberries, and chocolate chips to go on her yogurt. So random.

If you don't have one of these cars, I highly recommend getting one for your little ones. They are so much fun and both of our girls love it. Lucy seriously FLIES around the house on that thing.

Ours is called a Wiggle Racer but there is another version that is just the same called a Plasma Car. They are so fun.

Sounds like a great day was had by all! I love to ride the car, too! Lucy thinks I'm too big, but John and Wyatt like to race with me! Love seeing the girls playing together; real progress. Love and kisses and hugs to all, Lee Lee

Trying to get a giveaway going with Plasma Car. Our wood floors have been scratched to all heck by ours! They LOVE it. You should see how fast Finley flies around on it; it's scary.
Haven't heard from ya in ages. The kids look like they're doing great!!

Sorry we missed decorating. My boys are pitiful. Milam woke up at 8:30...unheard of around here. Please send some of Lucy's love over here...M is having a very hard time with Samuel's new mobility.

How come on every other family member's birthday, you sweetly express how thankful you are for that person, yet on my birthday you are thankful for friends you met at church who probably don't even really like you very much? Not your best work. I am very disappointed.

I've been eyein' up the Plasma Car for a while now. I like that it holds up to 200lbs, which means it can hold up to TWO of me. LOL!!!!
