Easter Egg Hunt

Today Lucy went to an Easter Egg Hunt with her friends from church. She was the oldest kid by a few months, so she was a professional egg hunter. I have never even shown her what to do, but as soon as the eggs were out, she was all over putting them in her basket. By the way, thanks Nana for such a cute basket. Once her basket was full, she started delivering the eggs to the other kids' baskets. It was so sweet. She made sure that everyone had eggs. Of course, she was more than pleased with the cupcakes that were provided. The last pictures just show how happy and fun this girl is. She is really into this big dramatic fake laugh and smile. It is hilarious. Sometimes she even puts her hand over her mouth to make the fake laugh more dramatic. Kills me every time.

Back away from my cupcake! Seriously, would you mess with this girl and her cake? I sure wouldn't!

This is what Lucy's hair looks like when it air dries after a bath. It turns under so sweetly around her face. Can you even imagine being so fortunate? If I don't dry my hair, it is really scary!

Lucy Goose - your Easter egg basket is so cute. John asked about you ALL weekend. "Where Lucy?" I'm not sure he gets what Dallas means. PaPa & LeeLee had a good time, but we wish you would have been here, too. Please come visit soon. Kell Bell, she is just too cute for words. PS - Did you make the shredded pork tacos? If so, did Justin like? Love, HB

Let her eat cake!! She is so cute it should be illegal! Just so enjoy Lucy's pictures. It really does my heart good in my wait for our little girl in this turbulent time in Vietnam. THanks again. She is simply the sweetest thing ever.

She's adorable--such pretty hair! My son isn't quite walking yet. Almost. But we will miss the walking egg hunt this year. Enjoy!!

How adorable that she was delivering all of her eggs to the other kids so nobody was empty-handed! All of the pics are of course adorable, but I really love the one with her chin on her hand. What a doll!

Oh I LOVE those pictures of her hair down!! She's so cute Kell. We have a big Easter Egg hunt in our neighborhood on Saturday. If I'm still pregnant (ahh!), I'm taking Jackson. Actually, unless I'm in active labor, I'm not going to miss that even even if I've just delivered. Lucy looks like she had a blast at hers!

Man, I love that lucy doesn't have bangs. Mia's hair is exactly like hers. It drys perfectly straight with a wave at the bottom. Now, if we didn't have those horrible bangs! Wishing we wore hairbows over here!

We now have big girls huh!

So cute! I can't believe how long her hair has gotten! I wish my hair would air dry like that too!

The cupcake picture is hilarious! I'm pretty sure she'd bite off my fingers if I tried to snatch it! =)

We're hoping our Luci is able to hunt for eggs this weekend. She's still sick!

Oh..I love glossy-freshly-washed-asian hair! Lu's is the same and people ask what we wash her hair with. We still use J+J baby shampoo and it just shines. I'd give ANYTHING for that!

Happy Spring!

Kelly--so glad that pumpkin had a great time at the Easter Egg hunt! I miss those days. Thanks goodness for grandkids to bring it on again!! The pics are great! Tell Bianca to get feeling better. (There are NO cabinets in the kitchen anymore!) Happy Easter! Love and kisses, LeeLee

Love her hair down! The pictures of her with her dog are just precious.

Lucy would LOVE the iced sugar cookies from Donuts by George in Garland. They are so yummy, and so pretty too. My daughter loves them, especially the rubber ducky ones that they have for Easter.

You are a good mom. Most kids would be hording eggs. The fact that Lucy was sharing them at her young age is a great thing.

I already commented all over your pictures (gotta have priorities! haha) but seriously the ways in which addy and lucy seem alike to me in this post are astounding! Please get video of the fake laugh. Addy does it too and I *love* it!

Such a sweet egg hunter. I would love to have wash and go hair like Lucy's! And no, I sure wouldn't mess with her cake!

I can't wait to see her! She just gets prettier and prettier. And what a girl sharing like that, wanting to take care of everyone. My kid would be the one taking eggs out of other people's basket. Happy Easter and love to all.

Too much cute-ness. Mattix developed this seriously fake laugh about two weeks ago and I can't even stand it. It's sooo funny. Love her hair, BTW. I'd do anything for hair that doesn't need to be blowdried. :)

Oh Kelly she is so beautiful...and yes, I would kill for that hair!

That is so funny. I can totally see how much she loves her cupcake.
What a sweety for making sure the other kids had eggs, too. She's so little to be thinking that way. She probably gets if from her mommy.
