Today I am thankful for my mom and dad keeping my babies today while I was out of town. I came to Fayetteville to visit friends and do a session for my bff, Kate. You can see her session on the La La Blog. I love her pictures. I am heading home first thing in the morning and can't wait to love on my girls. I will add pictures tomorrow.

Today I am thankful for getting to spend time with dear friends of mine that I don't get to see nearly enough. And for getting to spend time with my Seashy. I am so excited for this entire weekend!! I am off to enjoy it. Have an awesome weekend. I am getting a much needed break from work for 1 whole day.

Today I am thankful that someday soon Annie should have all of her teeth until 2 year molars, which are a ways off. Her poor little mouth is a wreck. I brush her teeth so gently but around the molars coming in it still bleeds. She is not wanting to eat much at all because I know it hurts. I just hope she gets some relief soon. We are still missing two eye teeth, but they are right there.

It was another beautiful day and I feel like I am in the home stretch of this crazy schedule. Today was my last day of having 2 sessions a day and they were both so easy. I am not sure I could have handled much more than super easy because I am tired people. Very, very tired. 8 sessions in 4 days is a lot. I feel much less stressed now, though. 3 more to go while I am in LR. Whoosh.

Today I am thankful for my mom making a home cooked meal for us and for all of the help that her and my dad are giving me this week while I literally work around the clock. The girls are having a great time, so I don't worry about them too much. Every time I leave for a session Lucy tells me, "I am going to miss you soooooo much." So sweet. She just said it to me when I was telling her about my schedule the rest of the time we are here. I love my babies so much. And it makes my heart so happy to hear them squeal when I walk back in the door.

This blog will be suffering for a week or so while I try and stay on top of sneak peeks. I have two more to go to be caught up, but two more sessions tomorrow. I have that feeling of never being able to catch up!!

Today I am thankful for people trusting me to capture their children through my lens. I really love my job on days like today. I had 3 sessions, which is crazy, but they were all so much fun and it was so great to meet new friends and reconnect with old ones. Be sure and check out all that is going on over on the La La Blog. Today I am thankful for big piles of leaves and watching Lucy have the time of her life playing in them. Lucy and Papa raked up a big pile of leaves just so that she could throw them in the air and jump in them. She seriously loved it and it made her giggle every time. So cute to watch and listen to!!

It was a beautiful day here today. Just perfect. I was very tired today because Annie has not adjusted so smoothly to daylight savings time. She was awake before 6 am. I didn't get her out of bed for quite some time, but there was no way I was going back to sleep with her talking in her crib right against the wall in the room I was sleeping in. Lucy always has no issue at all with adjusting to changes in time. She doesn't skip a beat. I can tell it is not going to be so easy with Anners. Ugh. We all need some rest!!

I have about a million things to do, so I have to keep this short.

Today I am thankful for the great efforts that Nana and Grandy go to in order to spend a weekend with us. They drove a 6 hour drive after work on Friday and then turned around and had to go home on Sunday. It means so much to us when you do this because we know it is not easy. The girls love to see you and we truly appreciate all that you do for us every time that you are here. We love you both dearly and Lucy has told Lee Lee and Papa all about you guys taking her trick or treating. Hope your drive home was better than the trip up.

The girls and I got to LR about an hour ago. They are both wiped and in bed. Their sleep is very messed up from all of the excitement going on lately. Hopefully they will get a good night's rest. My crazy schedule here starts tomorrow. My morning session did get cancelled because of the flu, but I am really excited about my afternoon. I get to meet another little boy brought home from Vietnam!!
