Today I am thankful for a good night's sleep last night. Annie has especially been having some rough nights lately. Two nights ago she was up from 11-1 and then up again in the night to eat. That same night Lucy was up from 3:30-4:30. I felt like I was pretty much awake the entire night. But last night Annie went to bed at 6:30, took a bottle at 4 am, and I did not hear a peep out of her again until 8 am. It was really nice. Lucy pretty much always comes and gets in our bed at some point in the middle of the night. It is no big deal, we just put her in bed and she is straight back to sleep. So when she was up flopping and flailing around the other night it was strange. We have no idea why a month or so ago she started coming in our room in the middle of the night, but Justin and I both really like it! It is sweet to have her in bed with us.
Justin got home at lunch time today. We had a low key day. I barely got my pictures taken today. Very last minute, very unimpressive. :(
Lucy is the biggest creature of habit. She INSISTS we read No, David! every single night. She LOVES the page where David is running naked down the street. Cracks her up every time.

Seashy was SO sad that you didn't want to patron talk to her!!!
Yeah...pretty much your uninspired, nothing special photos are still pretty cool.
I especially love the one of Lucy reading, "No, David", in bed. An adorable shot of an every day event that would be forgotten (trust me), if not for your photographic and journaling diligence.
Bravo! Keep it up!!
I look at your blog everyday; Love all your photos. You are a great mother and you make me want to be a better one. Wish you were close to Lagrange,ga. so you could photograph my kids.
Lisa
Meant to add that my two boys never get tired of this book; We have all the David books. They love to run around naked and act like him before bath.Funny!
Hooray for sleep!
My littlins at school love NO David too! And their favorite part is also when he "forgot" his pants! So silly! They also love when he is eating the dog buiscuits! Hope to see you guys soon.
oh man I can't stand that book! It is in my top list of most detested kids books! ha! My kids LOVE it, though! I love the composition on your pics today!
